John and Marcia Rowley, founders and former owners of International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. Driven to innovate and create differentiated products in the travel and leisure industry, the Rowleys, along with their technology partner, Ciprian Morar, founded ONE (Open Network Exchange). ONE’s mission is to deploy its next-generation technology platform and related solutions to provide business transformation products and services for leading global brands.
Ciprian Morar has an impressive career in technology platform design and development. Ciprian became an early employee of Expedia, leading design, technology, and product development across Europe as well as starting Expedia's Private Label business worldwide. Following the meteoric rise of Expedia, Ciprian consulted for Virgin Group, built and sold a travel tech company to Totalstay/JAC Travel and later founded Lateral Group, a global design & technology company made up of dreamers, inventors and software engineers who think differently in order to create, build and grow businesses. Ciprian joined ICE as Chief Technology Officer in 2018 where he led the architecture and redesign of its legacy technology platform and technology mergers and acquisitions. After leaving ICE he reconnected with the Rowleys and together they founded ONE. He is uniquely positioned to redefine the way technology products are built through rapid prototyping, experience design and software as an engineering practice with a focus on quality.
As Senior Vice President of Supplier Partnerships & Programs, Laurie develops and builds strategic partnerships with our key accounts, including partners, vendors and suppliers, to drive growth for their businesses and for ONE. Laurie brings a demonstrated history of expertise in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, marketing and communications across multiple industries and organizations in the travel, hospitality, cruise, and financial industries. Before joining ONE, Laurie spent over 20 years in key executive management roles at ICE, where she honed her expertise in delivering white-label solutions that allow organizations to tap into the stored value that exists within their membership bases.
As Chief Operating Officer, Morgan Hansill oversees all administrative and operational aspects of the business including product development, implementation, human resources and travel supplier relations. He also partners with all departments including marketing, IT, legal and finance to ensure alignment on strategies, goals, and execution. Morgan brings nearly two decades of experience in operational leadership and executive management roles to ONE. He previously held various operations, business development, and program management leadership positions within Resort Condominiums International (RCI). Morgan’s most recent role prior to ONE, was as SVP and Country Manager of STA Travel, a global student and youth travel company where he oversaw all aspects of the STA Travel business in the U.S.
As the leader of ONE’s consumer marketing and business development practices, Marlene is responsible for leading all B2B and B2C marketing initiatives with the mission to acquire, engage and retain customers and clients across all of ONE’s lines of business and partner programs. She brings 20+ years of marketing experience working in the travel and hospitality space, holding key leadership positions for Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts International. Marlene has spent her career focused on CRM strategies to grow company’s closed user groups and increase customer lifetime value. Prior to joining ONE, Marlene held several marketing leadership positions at ICE before transitioning into a Business Development leadership role.
Dan brings an extensive history in the financial arena to ONE. He’s held roles as Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at previous organizations. Is these roles Dan advised boards of directors, management teams, investors and lenders on business transformation, corporate finance, and strategic planning. As a leader, he has a proven track record building world class finance organizations, and has led and developed successful accounting and finance teams by implementing strategic initiatives that drive change and maximize value. In his role at ONE, Dan will play a key role in the long term success of the company by creating future-proof financial strategies to ensure accelerated organizational growth.
As Senior Vice President of Strategic Cruise Programs & Trade Relations, Eva is responsible for the development and management of cruise line and travel agency relationships and programs. Eva has over 15 years of experience in the travel industry leading complex sales, business development, operations and administrative teams. Prior to joining ONE, Eva held both sales and legal leadership roles in the cruise industry, including most recently as Vice President, Sales for Holland America Line and Seabourn.
As the leader of ONE’s Global Contact Center Network Ryan is responsible for leading all sales, operations & service delivery teams across ONE’s Contact Centers. Beginning in 1997, Ryan started off as a contact center agent selling outbound long-distance packages for MCI WorldCom. From there he has held just about every position in a contact center from a coach to Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining ONE, Ryan spent more than a decade with the largest outsourced contact center in the world leading operations & account management teams for some of the most admired brands. In 2007 he partnered with the pioneer of virtual agents to start work-at-home contact centers. Since that time, he has helped four different mid-market contact centers through various merger & acquisition exits.
